Castle of the Dukes of Mazovia in Rawa Mazowiecka, central Poland, is a Gothic defensive fortress built in the early 15th century on a quadrilateral plan measuring 66 x 64 meters, featuring thick curtain walls and an octagonal tower raised in the 16th century.

Constructed under the Mazovian dukes as a royal residence, it included residential wings, a chapel, and fortifications adapted over time with Renaissance updates before suffering damage from fires and wars, particularly in the 17th century Swedish invasion.

Today, the ruins—primarily the eastern wing and remnants of walls and the tower—stand as a historic monument, housing a small museum with exhibits on local history and medieval architecture.
