The Château des Quat'Sos is a medieval castle located in La Réole, in the Gironde department of Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France. Its name, derived from Gascon, refers to the identical appearance of its four corner towers, known as the "Four Sisters" (Les Quat'Sos).

The castle was built in the early 13th century, with permission granted by King Louis VIII of France in 1224, and completed under King Henry III of England, then Duke of Aquitaine. Positioned strategically on a promontory overlooking the confluence of the Garonne River and the Charros tributary, it served to defend the English Duchy of Gascony.

The Château des Quat'Sos was heavily contested during the Hundred Years' War between the English and the French, reflecting its significant military importance. It stands as a notable example of medieval defensive architecture and remains a historic monument in the region.
