Château Dufresne is a historic mansion located in the borough of Mercier–Hochelaga-Maisonneuve in Montreal, Quebec.

Built between 1915 and 1918, it was designed by the French architect Jules Renard and was inspired by the Petit Trianon at the Palace of Versailles in France. Originally constructed as a private residence for the Dufresne brothers, two wealthy Montreal entrepreneurs, the building features the distinctive Beaux-Arts architectural style, with elegant symmetry, elaborate ornamentation, and classical details.

Over the years, the château served various functions, including housing municipal offices, an art museum, and remains now as a public heritage site and museum showcasing early 20th-century interiors, decorative arts, and the history of Montreal's bourgeoisie.

Its interior boasts high ceilings, ornate moldings, and collections that reflect the cultural and architectural aspirations of its original owners. It is designated a historic monument and continues to be a site of cultural importance, hosting exhibitions and educational programs that highlight its rich history .
