Owned by the Brock and Scheel families for 600 years until 1926, it now serves as Denmark's Manor Museum (Herregårdsmuseum), showcasing noble life through furnished 17th-century rooms, servant quarters, tapestries, portraits, and exhibits on Danish aristocracy and agriculture.
Visitors enjoy its baroque gardens with orangeries, a nature playground, manor kitchen serving traditional cakes, and surrounding apple orchards, offering immersive history just 20 km east of Randers.
