Kozłowa Góra is the northernmost district of the city of Piekary Śląskie in southern Poland’s Silesian region, whose name means “Goat Mountain” and likely originates from an old Slavic term for a goat.

The area was historically a small village first mentioned in 1532, later home to a 19th‑century coal mine owned by the Donnersmarck family and a grand palace that was destroyed in 1945, leaving only remnants of its park and outbuildings today. Its main landmark is the Roman Catholic Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, completed in 1907, which is the only building in Kozłowa Góra officially registered as a historic monument.

The district includes Winna Góra, the highest natural hill in Piekary Śląskie, and is home to the local football club DKS Czarni Kozłowa Góra, founded in 1952. Nearby is the Kozłowa Góra Reservoir (also called Świerklaniec Reservoir), a man‑made lake on the Brynica River built between 1933 and 1939 originally for military purposes and later converted into an important source of drinking water and a refuge for over 200 bird species.
