Kraków Old Town, located in the heart of Kraków, Poland, is a beautifully preserved medieval district and a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its rich history and stunning architecture. Founded in 1257, it features Europe’s largest medieval market square, Rynek Główny, which is surrounded by colorful merchant houses, Renaissance palaces, and notable landmarks such as the Cloth Hall and the Town Hall Tower.

The area boasts more than 6,000 historic sites, including the iconic St. Mary's Basilica with its hourly trumpet call and the Gothic Wawel Cathedral atop Wawel Hill, the former royal residence symbolizing Poland's royal heritage.
