The Ladysmith Museum, also called the Ladysmith Museum, Gift Shop, Gallery, and Learning Centre, is located at 721 1st Avenue in historic downtown Ladysmith, British Columbia, Canada, and is operated by the volunteer-run Ladysmith & District Historical Society, a not-for-profit incorporated in 1999 with a mission to promote awareness and preserve the heritage of Ladysmith and its district.

The museum features permanent displays that tell the community's colorful past, guiding visitors through the cultural, educational, medical, business, and industrial development of Ladysmith, with particular emphasis on artifacts from the mining and lumber industries as well as the railway that played a crucial role in the town's growth.

Additional exhibits include the museum's Story Wall filled with historical clips about serious events and surprising local facts, the historical wooden 49th parallel Town marker, a numbered re-curve bow by local artist Art Williams known as the "Wizard of Ladysmith," a miniature Victorian home, and children's toys.
