Luis Peña Beach sits on the uninhabited islet Cayo Luis Peña, just off the west coast of Culebra, Puerto Rico, and is reached only by boat, usually via water taxi, tour, or kayak from Culebra.
The small, pristine sandy cove has soft light sand and clear turquoise water backed by low, green hills, offering excellent snorkeling over healthy reefs with colorful fish and corals, very calm shallows for relaxing, no facilities or lifeguards, and a quiet, remote atmosphere protected as part of a nature reserve where visitors may enjoy the day but cannot stay overnight.
