Lutzelbourg is a small and picturesque commune in the Moselle department of northeastern France, in the historic region of Lorraine.

With a population of around 550 residents, it lies in the Zorn Valley between Phalsbourg and Saverne and is surrounded by wooded hills. The village is best known for its location along the Marne–Rhine Canal, which runs through the center of the commune and contributes to its scenic character.

It is also close to the famous Saint-Louis–Arzviller inclined plane, a unique engineering structure used by canal boats. Overlooking the area are the ruins of the medieval Château de Lutzelbourg, a fortress dating back to the 12th century. The castle played an important role in local history before being damaged and eventually falling into ruin.

Today, Lutzelbourg is appreciated for its natural surroundings, hiking and cycling routes, canal-side scenery, and historical heritage, making it a pleasant destination for visitors exploring the northern Vosges and Moselle region.
