Nitobe Memorial Garden in Vancouver, Canada, is an authentic Japanese stroll garden located at the University of British Columbia, created in honor of Dr. Inazō Nitobe, a Japanese scholar and diplomat dedicated to fostering understanding between Japan and the West.

Designed by renowned landscape architect Kannosuke Mori and completed in 1960, the garden features traditional Japanese elements, including stone lanterns, a moon bridge, koi ponds, and a tea house, all carefully arranged to evoke harmony with nature and Japanese aesthetics.

The garden reflects the changing seasons with cherry blossoms in spring, irises in summer, and colorful maple leaves in fall, offering visitors a peaceful space for reflection and cultural connection.
