Extending initially 72 meters perpendicularly into the lake before curving parallel to the shoreline, it features shaded benches, panoramic vistas of the water, port activity, and surrounding Masurian landscapes, making it Poland's second-longest pier after Sopot's wooden one.
Popular among tourists for leisurely strolls, photography, and year-round enjoyment—especially serene in winter—it enhances Giżycko's status as the "Sailing Capital" of the Great Masurian Lakes region.
