Uniejów Castle in Uniejów, Łódź Voivodeship, Poland, is a 14th-century Gothic bishops' fortress built between 1360 and 1365 on the Warta River's left bank by Gniezno Archbishop Jarosław Bogoria Skotnicki to replace a wooden stronghold destroyed by Teutonic Knights in 1331, featuring a rectangular layout on an artificial hill with thick walls, corner towers, a main residential tower, and a gatehouse for defense and administration.

Expanded in the mid-15th century with outer walls and towers, it was rebuilt after a 1525 fire into a Renaissance residence by Stanisław of Gomolin, gaining L-shaped wings, a chapel, and later 17th-century Baroque elements under archbishops like Maciej Łubieński, evolving from a military site to a luxurious episcopal seat hosting synods and safeguarding treasures.

After 19th-century neoclassical alterations by the Toll family and post-WWII decay, it was restored as a museum, hotel, and cultural center today, exemplifying blended Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque architecture amid Uniejów's thermal springs and parks.
