The Versailles-Chèvreloup Arboretum, located just north of the Palace of Versailles in Le Chesnay-Rocquencourt, France, spans 200 hectares and is one of Europe's largest living tree museums.

Managed by the Muséum national d'Histoire naturelle, it houses over 2,500 species and varieties of trees from temperate and cold regions around the world, showcasing collections arranged by geographic origin and botanical affinity.

The arboretum offers an immersive natural experience with diverse landscapes including forests, meadows, and wetlands, providing habitat for numerous animals such as birds, deer, and foxes. Established in the early 20th century on land purchased by Louis XIV and developed as a botanical collection, it serves important functions in biodiversity conservation, scientific research in genetics and ecology, and public education.
