Adrano Castle, also known as the Norman Castle of Adrano, is a striking medieval fortress in the town of Adrano, Sicily.

Built in the 11th century under Roger I of Sicily during the Norman conquest, it was part of a network of castles designed to control the Simeto Valley and protect key routes across eastern Sicily. The castle is dominated by a massive rectangular tower built from dark volcanic lava stone, making it one of the best-preserved examples of Norman military architecture on the island.

Over the centuries, it passed through the hands of several noble families and was adapted for different uses, including serving as a prison. Today, Adrano Castle houses the Regional Archaeological Museum, where visitors can explore artifacts from the local area while admiring the fortress itself. Its imposing architecture and historical significance make it one of the most important landmarks in the region around Mount Etna.
