Bayanaul National Park in Pavlodar Region, Kazakhstan, established in 1985 as the country's first national park, is renowned for its scenic landscapes of rugged cliffs, pine forests, and pristine lakes including Sabyndykol, Jasybay, and Toraigyr.

The park stretches across more than 68,000 hectares, featuring mountains like Akbet, which rises to 1,027 meters. Its biodiversity includes about 450 plant species, 40 animal species, and around 50 bird species, with some rare and endangered species among them.

The region is rich in folklore and legends, such as stories about the beautiful Bayan Sulu and the heroic Jasybay, which link the park's natural features to local cultural heritage. Visitors come for hiking, rock climbing, swimming, and exploring unique rock formations, as well as to enjoy the area's legends and tranquil environment.
