The Beekman Native Plant Arboretum is a three-acre garden located behind the historic Beekman House at 352 East California Street in Jacksonville, Oregon, United States.

It features over 175 species of trees, shrubs, and herbs native to eight distinct zones in the Siskiyou and Cascade mountains of Southern Oregon. The arboretum includes plants from various habitats such as high deserts, subalpine slopes, chaparral, forests, and riparian zones, along with a bog area and a seasonal stream crossed by two footbridges.

Established in collaboration with the Jacksonville Woodlands Association in 1989, it aims to preserve the local woodlands and educate visitors about native plants, with most species labeled by name and habitat. The arboretum is part of a broader conservation effort in the area and serves as a scenic and educational space for the community.
