Bieberstein Castle is a medieval-turned-early modern fortress on the left bank of the Bobritzsch River in Bieberstein, part of Reinsberg municipality in Saxony's Mittelsachsen district, Germany.

First mentioned in 1218 when nobleman Günther von Bieberstein took his name from it, the site features a square bergfried tower from its early days, later integrated around 1600 into a unified structure with the castle proper.

Owned by the von Schönberg family from 1630 to 1807—including Gotthelf Friedrich von Schönberg, who razed much of the upper castle to foundations in 1666 and rebuilt it in its current form, with western exterior stairs and an interior four-flight stairway added between 1710 and 1720—it served as a youth hostel until 1992 and now functions as a conference center under private ownership.
