Botanischer Garten der Universität Tübingen is one of Germany's oldest and most diverse botanical gardens, maintained by the University of Tübingen since 1684, with its current 10-hectare site on Morgenstelle Campus operational since 1969.

It houses over 12,000 plant species from five continents, arranged by geographical, ecological, and systematic principles across themed areas like an arboretum, alpine garden, rhododendron collection with 170 wild species, greenhouses for tropical and subtropical plants, and a medicinal plant section.

Open daily year-round with free entry, it serves education, research, and public recreation, featuring guided tours, lectures, and seasonal highlights from alpine flora to tropical rainforests.
