Burg Gatersleben ist eine mittelalterliche Wasserburg in Gatersleben, einem Ortsteil von Seeland im Salzlandkreis Sachsen-Anhalt, Deutschland, vermutlich im 9. Jahrhundert von den Herren von Gatersleben erbaut und 964 erstmals als mit Wassergräben umgebene Rundburg erwähnt.
Zwischen 1179 und 1183 wurde ein viereckiges Kastell hinzugefügt, das Bischöfe von Halberstadt für Synoden nutzten, während das Geschlecht von Gatersleben bis 1328 als Lehnsleute dort residierte.
Die Doppelanlage mit Vorburg, romanischem Wohnturm, Rittersaal und späterem Dachstuhl von 1693 dient heute nach Umbauten als Gemeindeverwaltung und Wohnnutzung, mit erhaltenen wehrhaften Mauern und Ringgraben.
