Burg Treuenfels, also called Bernhardsschlößchen, is a small 14th-century castle ruin in Altenbamberg, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany, built around 1357 as a freestanding outwork or Vorburg to the larger nearby Altenbaumburg, serving the Raugraves who controlled the Nahegau region since medieval times.

Perched on a hilltop amid forests with overgrown quarrystone walls, it features remnants of defensive structures tied to the area's Iron Age roots and noble history, often explored alongside its parent castle via local hiking trails.

This overgrown site blends into the scenic Alsenz Valley landscape, offering hikers a quiet historical complement to Altenbaumburg's more prominent ruins and the village's outing spots like Schäferplacken.
