Burgruine Perlenberg, also known as Perleburg or Perlenburg, is the modest remains of a small hilltop castle on the 371‑meter‑high “Kleiner Berg” near the village of Bann in the district of Kaiserslautern, Rhineland‑Palatinate, Germany.

It is believed to have been built around the turn from the 12th to the 13th century as a modest Staufen‑period fortification, probably never fully completed, and by 1542 was already described as a ruin.

The site sits on a roughly circular plateau created by terracing the hilltop, with a former ring wall and the stump of a small stone tower still visible, while the rest of the masonry was later used as a quarry and has largely disappeared.

Today the ruins are freely accessible via forest paths and are valued as a quiet, atmospheric medieval site in the Pfälzerwald landscape, offering a glimpse of the past more through the shape of the ground and scattered stones than through large preserved buildings.
