The park features the historic Bush House Museum, an Italianate Victorian residence built in 1877-1878, which is furnished with period items and open for guided tours. It also contains Oregon's oldest greenhouse conservatory, constructed in 1882 for the Bush daughters, which remains a focal point for plant collections.

The park is known for its old Oregon white oak groves, camas flower fields, a municipal rose garden with over 2,000 roses, walking and running trails, playgrounds, picnic areas, and tennis courts. The Bush Barn Art Center, once a farm equipment barn, now serves as a contemporary art gallery and community art space.
