Castel Trussio is a medieval castle located on a hill in Dolegna del Collio, in the heart of the Collio wine region of Friuli Venezia Giulia.

First mentioned in 1257, the castle occupied a strategic position overlooking the surrounding countryside and was involved in several regional conflicts, including wars involving the Counts of Gorizia, Hungary, Venice, and the Habsburgs. It was destroyed and rebuilt more than once, with much of the current structure dating from reconstruction after the early 16th century.

While two ancient towers and sections of the original defensive walls still survive. Today, the restored castle is a prominent local landmark, admired for its historic architecture, scenic setting among vineyards, and panoramic views of the Collio hills.
