Castello dei Conti Frola di Montanaro is a historic castle in Montanaro, near Turin in Piedmont, Italy.

Its origins are closely linked to the Abbey of Fruttuaria, and for centuries it served as the administrative, judicial, and economic center of the abbey’s territory, giving it an important role in local medieval life. The castle evolved over time, passing into the ownership of the Frola family in the early 19th century after the Napoleonic era. 

Significant restoration and reconstruction work in the late 1800s added elegant architectural features, including a neo-Gothic tower, while preserving portions of the older fortified structure such as historic towers and the Mint Tower. Today, the castle is one of Montanaro’s most important landmarks, valued for its blend of medieval and later architectural styles and its connection to the history of the Canavese region.
