Castello dei Torriani e dei Bandello, also known as the Palazzo Pretorio, is a historic landmark in the medieval center of Castelnuovo Scrivia in the Province of Alessandria, Piedmont.

Dating largely to the 15th century, it served as an important civic and administrative building and is closely associated with the Torriani and Bandello families. The building is easily recognized by its impressive 39-meter-high crenellated tower, elegant Gothic-style portico, arched windows, and richly decorated halls. Inside, visitors can admire frescoes, heraldic emblems, and artistic decorations that reflect the cultural and political history of the region.

After extensive restoration, the castle has become an important cultural venue for the town. Today it houses the municipal library and regularly hosts exhibitions, concerts, and community events, preserving its role as a center of local life while showcasing the heritage of Castelnuovo Scrivia.
