Castello Dentice di Frasso is the historic castle of San Vito dei Normanni in Puglia, with origins dating back to the 12th century.

It grew around a Norman tower, traditionally attributed to Bohemond of Hauteville, and the surrounding settlement eventually developed into the town itself. Originally built as a fortified stronghold, the castle was expanded over the centuries into an elegant noble residence. It passed through several important families before becoming the property of the Dentice di Frasso family, whose descendants still maintain a connection to the estate.
