Castello di Arquà Polesine is a well-preserved medieval castle located in the town of Arquà Polesine in the Veneto region of northern Italy.

Originally built in 1146 as a fortified stronghold, it later came under the control of the powerful Este family and gradually evolved from a military fortress into an elegant noble residence. The castle is still surrounded by its historic moat and features a tall crenellated tower, a spacious courtyard, arcaded buildings, and historic outbuildings.

Inside, visitors can admire decorative frescoes dating from the 16th and 17th centuries, reflecting its transformation into a prestigious residence. Over the centuries, the structure was modified to suit changing needs, blending medieval defensive architecture with Renaissance-era residential elements.
