Castello di Bubbio is a historic castle in the village of Bubbio, in the Province of Asti, Piedmont, Italy.

Its origins date back to the 12th and 13th centuries, and over the centuries it passed through the hands of several noble families, including the Del Carretto, Biandrate, and Scarampi families, reflecting the region’s complex medieval history. The castle suffered severe damage during conflicts in the 17th century, particularly during a Spanish attack in 1639.

It was later rebuilt and transformed into an elegant noble residence, with much of its current appearance resulting from 19th-century neo-medieval renovations. Today, the castle stands above the surrounding vineyards and hills of the Langhe area, combining historic architecture with scenic views. It preserves features such as its surviving medieval tower, frescoed halls, and landscaped grounds, and is now used as a hospitality venue while remaining one of Bubbio’s most important landmarks.
