Castello di Costigliole d'Asti is a magnificent medieval castle that dominates the hilltop town of Costigliole d'Asti in the heart of Piedmont's wine country.

Its origins date back to at least the 11th century, and over the centuries it evolved from a fortified stronghold into an elegant noble residence while retaining much of its impressive defensive architecture.
