Castello di Foglizzo is a historic castle located in the town of Foglizzo in Piedmont, northern Italy.

Probably originating in the late Roman period, it became an important medieval fortress thanks to its strategic position overlooking the surrounding plain and was closely associated with the powerful Counts of Biandrate for many centuries. Over time, the castle evolved from a defensive stronghold into an elegant noble residence.

During the Renaissance, it was enriched with decorated halls, frescoes, and beautiful wooden coffered ceilings, while later renovations removed many of its military features such as battlements and the drawbridge. Today, the castle remains one of Foglizzo’s most important landmarks. Having served various civic functions over the years, it continues to be a focal point of the community and is appreciated for its blend of medieval history, noble architecture, and well-preserved interior decorations.
