Castello di Millesimo is a medieval castle located in the town of Millesimo in Liguria, Italy.

The oldest parts of the fortress, including its tower and keep, date from between the late 12th and early 13th centuries and were built by the powerful Del Carretto family to protect important routes between Liguria and Piedmont. The castle served as both a noble residence and a strategic defensive stronghold overlooking the Val Bormida.

Over the centuries, the castle played a significant role in regional conflicts and was damaged during wars, particularly in 1553 when it was dismantled to prevent its capture during the struggle between France and Spain. Later military campaigns, including the Napoleonic wars, caused further deterioration. Purchased by the municipality in 1989, the castle has since been restored and repurposed as a cultural venue.
