Castello di Montereale Valcellina is a medieval fortress ruin overlooking the Cellina Valley in Friuli Venezia Giulia.

First documented in the early 13th century, it occupied a strategic hilltop position that allowed control of important routes through the valley and the surrounding foothills. The castle was involved in numerous feudal conflicts, sieges, and power struggles between local noble families and regional authorities, and it suffered repeated attacks before gradually falling into ruin during the late Middle Ages.
