Castello di Sambuy is a historic castle located in San Mauro Torinese, in the Piedmont region of northern Italy.

Built around the 14th century in a strategically important position near the border between the territories of the House of Savoy and the Marquisate of Monferrato, it played a significant military and political role during the Middle Ages. Over the centuries, the castle passed through the hands of several noble families before becoming the property of the Balbo Bertone family in 1430, who remain associated with the estate.

In 1772, King Charles Emmanuel III elevated Sambuy to the status of a county, and the family adopted the title of Counts of Sambuy. During the 19th century, the estate was enhanced with an elegant Italian-style oval garden and a neo-Gothic orangery, adding a refined residential character to the medieval stronghold.
