Castello Pallotta is a historic castle overlooking the town of Caldarola in Italy’s Marche region.

Originally built as a medieval fortress around the 9th century, it later came under the ownership of the Pallotta family, who transformed it into an elegant Renaissance residence while preserving many of its defensive features. The castle is known for its fortified walls, towers, drawbridge, courtyards, richly furnished rooms, artworks, historic collections, and private chapel.

Over the centuries, it hosted notable visitors, including Pope Clement VIII and Queen Christina of Sweden, reflecting its importance as a noble residence. Today, Castello Pallotta is considered one of the best-preserved historic castles in the Marche region. Its combination of medieval architecture, Renaissance elegance, and centuries of family history makes it one of Caldarola’s most significant cultural landmarks.
