Castello Rosso is a historic castle in Costigliole Saluzzo, Piedmont, near the town of Saluzzo in northwestern Italy.

Built on the site of an earlier fortress and completed around the early 17th century, it served as the residence of local noble families and formed part of a larger defensive complex protecting the area. Over the centuries, the castle was transformed from a military stronghold into an elegant noble residence.

It preserves historic architectural features, landscaped grounds, and valuable frescoes, including works attributed to the Renaissance painter Hans Clemer, known as the Master of Elva. Today, Castello Rosso is best known as a restored heritage property that operates as a hotel, restaurant, and event venue. Surrounded by parkland and offering views of the Piedmont countryside.
