The Castello Visconteo Castelbarco in Cislago, Italy, is a historic medieval fortress originally built between the 10th and 13th centuries, with its origins linked to the Visconti family of Milan.

The castle was destroyed in 1510 by Swiss troops and later rebuilt starting in 1620 by Marquis Cesare II Visconti, evolving from a military fortress into a baroque-style country residence with a U-shaped plan, two corner towers, and Neoclassical elements.

In the 18th century, through marriage, it passed to the noble Castelbarco family, who undertook architectural modifications giving the castle its current appearance, including Ghibelline crenellations and a striking iron gate around the private French-style garden.

Though still privately inhabited and not generally open to the public, the castle remains an important architectural and historical monument in Cislago, surrounded by old rural courts and a municipal park facing its façade.
