Diepholzer Schloss is a historic water castle in the town of Diepholz in Lower Saxony, Germany, originally built as a medieval moated fortress in the 12th century and first mentioned in 1233.

It served as the seat of the local noble family of Diepholz, later becoming a fortified residence and, after the family died out in 1585, a ducal and later princely administrative center for the region. The castle suffered repeated destruction by fire and warfare, especially during the wars of the 16th and 17th centuries, and was repeatedly rebuilt, with the present neo‑Gothic and early modern appearance largely shaped after a major reconstruction around 1660 and later modifications in the 19th century.

Today the three‑winged ensemble, including its prominent 43‑meter‑high tower, still stands in the town center, houses the local Amtsgericht, and forms the centerpiece of a small park and landscaped grounds that visitors can walk around, combining the roles of an everyday civic building with that of a visible historic landmark.
