Dønnes Gård is a historic manor farm on the northern end of Dønna island in Helgeland, Nordland county, Norway, with over 800 years of history as one of northern Norway's largest and most powerful estates. First mentioned in the 13th century as the seat of landowner Pål Vågaskalm, a governor under King Håkon Håkonsson, it passed to Amtmann Peder Tønder in 1675—who gained lord of the manor status—and later the Coldevin family from 1751, who pioneered dairy farming, introduced Norway's first tractor in 1908, and advanced crop and forestry techniques before bankruptcy in 1911 led to Lovdahl family ownership since 1917. Adjacent to the medieval 13th-century Dønnes soapstone church—featuring Norway's largest preserved 17th-century mausoleum with 22 coffins—it now offers accommodation, guided tours, local cuisine, English-style gardens, and a nature trail to Dønnesfjellet viewpoint, earning St. Olav’s Rose for heritage preservation.
