The Edith J. Carrier Arboretum in Harrisonburg, Virginia, is a 125-acre botanical preserve located on the James Madison University campus. Established in the 1980s, the arboretum features more than three miles of walking trails winding through mature oak-hickory forests, wetlands, and meadow areas.
