Fattoria Lattaia, historically known as the castle of Lattaia, is an architectural complex located in Roccastrada, Tuscany, Italy, with origins dating back to the late 10th century.

Initially, it was under the control of the Aldobrandeschi family, a powerful noble lineage in the area, before passing to the Pannocchieschi family in the late 12th and early 13th centuries. Later, the complex became part of the expanding Republic of Siena's territory. During the Renaissance, the estate was sold to private owners, mainly noble families from Siena, and it remained privately owned after it became part of the Grand Duchy of Tuscany.

In the 17th century, several renovations transformed the complex into a fortified farmstead, with further annexes built in the 18th century and modifications continuing into the late 19th and early 20th centuries, including the rebuilding of the chapel and removal of fortification features.

Today, Fattoria Lattaia reflects centuries of history from medieval origins through its evolution into an agricultural estate, preserving elements of its castle past alongside later architectural modifications.
