Fatuyeh (also spelled Fatuiyeh or Fatooyeh) is a village and the administrative capital of Fatuyeh Rural District in the Central District of Bastak County, Hormozgan Province, in southern Iran, located near the Persian Gulf coast at roughly 27.3° north latitude and 54.4° east longitude.

The settlement’s population grew from about 2,565 people in 545 households in 2006 to 3,247 in 810 households in 2011, then slightly declined to 2,696 people in 784 households by 2016, reflecting typical rural patterns in the region. 

As the center of its rural district, Fatuyeh serves as a local hub for administrative, social, and some economic activities for surrounding villages in the Bastak area, which is known for its warm climate, limited rainfall, and agriculture suited to arid conditions, including fruit and vegetable cultivation.
