The Forstlicher Versuchsgarten Grafrath is a 34-hectare forest experimental garden in Grafrath, Germany, founded in 1881 by King Ludwig II to test whether non-native tree species could thrive in German forests for forestry use.

Today, it houses around 200–280 tree and shrub species from Europe, America, and Asia, including exotic varieties and the oldest giant sequoia in the area, planted in 1893. While it remains an active research site for foresters and scientists, the garden now focuses primarily on environmental education and forest pedagogy, offering guided tours, children's programs, treasure hunts, and educational visits for schools and families.

In spring 2023, a new all-wood forest experience center (Walderlebniszentrum) opened on the site, built entirely from approximately 200 cubic meters of wood that binds around 200 tons of CO₂. The garden is open annually from March 1 to November 30, with free admission, and is located about 8 kilometers northeast of Ammersee.
