The Fort Worth Botanic Garden, established in 1934 and located in the Cultural District of Fort Worth, Texas, is the state's oldest major botanical garden. Originally developed from Rock Springs Park, which featured natural springs and rock formations, it was designed by the landscape architects Sidney and S. Herbert Hare.

The garden began with 37.5 acres and has since expanded to over 110 acres, including 23 specialty gardens with more than 2,500 plant species. Notable areas include the extensive Rose Garden, the Japanese Garden with its koi ponds and waterfalls, and a large conservatory housing tropical plants.

The garden also serves as a research and education center under the management of the Botanical Research Institute of Texas (BRIT) since 2020. It is recognized on the National Register of Historic Places and offers visitors a blend of horticultural beauty, cultural events, and scientific discovery.
