Gabri Castle, also known as a “Gabr” fortress, is an old defensive site in Iran that is generally linked to the Sasanian period and to early Zoroastrian settlement or protection in the area.
The remains show that it was built with mudbrick and stone for defense, and today it survives mainly as a historic ruin that reflects Iran’s ancient military architecture.
