Giardino Botanico Alpino Saussurea is an alpine botanical garden in the Aosta Valley, northern Italy, situated near Courmayeur at about 2,173–2,175 meters above sea level on the Mont Fréty promontory above the Mont Blanc massif.

It is recognized as the highest alpine botanical garden in Europe and lies just at the first station of the Skyway Monte Bianco cable car, making it easily reachable by visitors traveling up from the valley floor.

The roughly 7,000‑square‑meter site contains around 900 species of alpine plants, arranged to represent typical high‑mountain habitats such as rocky slopes, wet areas, and dry screes, highlighting the local flora of the Mont Blanc region and Western Alps.

Created in 1984 by the Fondazione Saussurea and opened in 1987, the garden is dedicated to plant conservation and education, and it is open only in summer, usually from late June to late September, with modest admission fees and guided tours available for visitors.
