Giardino Botanico Litoraneo di Porto Caleri, located in Rosolina Mare in Italy's Province of Rovigo, spans about 44 hectares as a nature reserve within the Veneto Regional Park of the Po Delta, established in 1991 to preserve spontaneous coastal ecosystems. 

Unlike traditional botanical gardens, it features minimal human intervention beyond trail maintenance, showcasing a dozen ecosystems from pine forests and dunes to salt marshes and lagoons, with around 220 native plant species including orchids, junipers, and sea buckthorn adapted to varying salinity, wind, and humidity.

Three marked footpaths—600m, 1650m, and 2850m long—guide visitors from the Adriatic beach through diverse habitats to the lagoon, open March to October for educational walks highlighting this unique biodiversity hotspot.
