Gillian's Wonderland Pier in Ocean City, New Jersey, operated from 1929 until its permanent closure on October 13, 2024, as a beloved family-owned boardwalk amusement park founded by David Gillian after a fire destroyed the Hippodrome pier, featuring nostalgic kiddie rides like dune buggies with retro paint and flashing lights, a 144-foot Giant Wheel Ferris wheel offering ocean views, Musik Express spinner, Raiders tilt ride, Skooter bumper cars, Canyon Falls Log Flume water ride, and a glass house funhouse.

Expanded by son Roy Gillian in 1965 with over 30 attractions including a Wacky Worm kiddie coaster and arcades, it evoked old-school Jersey Shore charm for generations with reasonable ride prices amid the dry town's wholesome vibe.
