Grödersby, Germany, Germany
Grödersby-Hof is a traditional working farmstead in the village of Grödersby, Schleswig-Flensburg district, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany, situated at a scenic inlet of the Schlei fjord called the Grödersbyer Noor.
The village traces its origins to around 1230 with a medieval castle that guarded against sea raiders until Danish Queen Margarethe I razed it in 1406, gifting associated lands including farms to Schleswig Cathedral, after which it formed part of the Grödersby vogtei until 1777.
