Gut Basthorst is a historic manor estate in Basthorst, Herzogtum Lauenburg district, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany, with roots tracing to a 13th-century fortified Gut owned by the Schack family and evolving into an independent "Adeliges Gericht" jurisdiction over villages like Basthorst, Dahmker, and Hamfelde until 1872.

Fortified around 1640 with bastions and a moat during the Thirty Years' War by Duke Franz Albrecht of Lauenburg, its core Herrenhaus dates to circa 1750 under the von Plessen family (1721-1796), complemented by a 1771 storage building and 1862 drying barn.

Expropriated in 1945 for refugees, it later served various uses before family restoration; today, this protected cultural monument operates as a hotel, event venue for markets and weddings, and hosts a regional museum amid its 18th-century park.
