Gut Gülzow is a protected historic manor estate in the village of Gülzow, within the Duchy of Lauenburg district of Schleswig-Holstein, Germany, first documented in 1230 and tied to medieval fortifications like the "Castrum Gulzowe" castle securing the Nebel River crossing.

Owned for centuries by noble families including the Schacks—home to Danish Field Marshal Hans Schack—then the von Bodecks from 1654 and the Counts of Kielmansegg until 1930, it passed to the Hamburg-based Fischer merchant family and features preserved elements like the moated burgplatz, garden walls, bridges, Jagdpavillon, Brauhaus, and Rendantenhaus.

A modest baroque manor house from 1782 was later updated with neoclassical details in the mid-19th century, reflecting its enduring agricultural and cultural role.
